Remarks
Oakland Center was supposed to transfer to 120.9, but it
transfered to a wrong frequency (unfortunately, no frequency
data, but the frequency was for Sacramento not for Palo
Alto). As the result, I was transfered to several different
frequencies and I could not enter class B. I had to circle
over Buchanan (Concord) untile I got clearance.
