Remarks

CMA-PAO: I filed cruise altitude 8,000 feet although the MEA was 10,000 feet between HENER and FLW. So the Pt. Mugu app. gave me an amendment clearance "expect 10,000." I was amazed that my dear Cherokee 140 could climbed to 10,000 feet reasonably. Maybe it is because I flew in winter.

NoCal told me "Fly 280 after passing GILRO." at around the HENCE intersection, but I could not catch the "after passing" part. So I turned to 280 right after HENCE, which was wrong. I have to be careful about clearances like: "Do something AFTER PASSING blah."
